Emilie Hanson

Emilie Hanson is an experienced program coordinator and performer with a focus on educational outreach and theatrical performance. Currently, Emilie has been serving as the Program Coordinator of Outreach for the Central Park Zoo with the Wildlife Conservation Society since August 2012, managing a troupe that delivers educational theater across multiple venues. Emilie also performs in educational programs and oversees national touring productions as a Stage Manager for Broadway's Next H!t Musical. With extensive experience as an actor and a background in teaching, Emilie has worked in various capacities, including a Per Diem Teacher for the NYC Department of Education and as a Teaching Fellow at the Central Park Zoo. Emilie's educational credentials include a Master of Teaching in Biological Sciences and Environmental Science/Conservation from Miami University, alongside multiple degrees in Theater and Education from North Dakota State University and Valley City State University.
