Eric Rothenberg is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in environmental law and sustainability. Since 2005, Rothenberg has served as Of Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, chairing the Environmental and ESG practice groups. Previously, as a partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, Rothenberg chaired the Environmental Practice Group from 1990 to 2005. Rothenberg holds board positions with various organizations, including the Rainforest Alliance and the Forest Stewardship Council, and has recently joined the Science Committee at the New York Botanical Garden. Additionally, Rothenberg contributes to the Wildlife Conservation Society and HOBY/EduMaKate. A graduate of Harvard University with a BA and MPH in History and Science, Rothenberg has also engaged in thought leadership as a panelist on ESG issues at the International Bar Association.
