Mike Allen

Mike Allen currently serves as the Director of the Queens Zoo for the Wildlife Conservation Society since May 2020. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Executive Director at the Delaware Zoological Society from September 2007 to April 2020, where responsibilities included being the chief staff officer for the nonprofit organization supporting Brandywine Zoo. Mike has also contributed as a Board Member at Taronga Western Plains Zoo and as a Volunteer Project Manager at Gate 1 Travel, where oversight of product development teams was a key function. Additional experience includes roles at AIG as a Product Manager and at Zoo Atlanta as a Research Associate. Mike earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business and holds a BS in Psychology and Zoology from the same university.
