Daniel Goldfarb has extensive experience in ecological and nature-based projects within urban, rural, and industrial communities, currently serving at the Wildlife Habitat Council since 2003. At this organization, Daniel collaborates with advocates for ecological and community forestry to enhance resilience against climate change and promotes the ecological reuse and restoration of urban and industrial lands through the Conservation & Communities team. In addition, Daniel has served as a visiting lecturer in Environmental Studies at the University of Chicago, where engagement with students in the Program on the Global Environment was emphasized. Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in Ecology and Design from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, an MS in Forest Ecology/Natural Resources Management from Michigan State University, and a BS in Ecosystems Ecology from Cornell University.
