Shayna Petit

Shayna Petit, MS, is a Senior Environmental Compliance Consultant at Lorax EPI since June 2024 and has served as a Conservation Certification Reviewer for the Wildlife Habitat Council since August 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Sr Business Operations Associate - ESG for Victoria's Secret, where Shayna developed and implemented an ESG strategy, and as a Sustainability Analyst at Amcor, focusing on sustainability data management. Contributions as a Board Member for the nonprofit One More Meal aimed at reducing food waste in schools, along with event coordination for the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit, highlight a commitment to sustainability and community engagement. Earlier roles included operations coordination at CLEAResult, graduate research assistance at the MSU Institute of Water Research, and a policy fellowship in the Michigan House of Representatives. Shayna holds a Master’s Degree in Community Sustainability from Michigan State University and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Drama and Anthropology from Ithaca College.
