Derek Middlebrook

Derek Middlebrook has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Derek also worked at Juno Therapeutics, Inc. as the Senior Director of Business Analytics and Insights from 2016 to 2017. Derek gained experience at Amazon Web Services from 2012 to 2016 in various senior managerial roles, including leading finance teams for AWS Storage, Database, Mobile, Edge Services, and Infrastructure. Before joining Amazon, Derek worked at ZS Associates as an Engagement Manager from 2011 to 2012. Derek'sprevious experience includes roles at Nodality Inc. as Director/Senior Director of Marketing and Director of Market Access and Pricing from 2009 to 2011, and at Gilead Sciences as Senior Product Manager and Manager of Commercial Strategy from 2007 to 2009. Derek began their career at Intel Corporation as a Financial Analyst and later became a Senior Financial Analyst from 2000 to 2002. Derek Middlebrook earned their MBA with Distinction in Corporate Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2005. Derek previously obtained their BBA with High Distinction in Finance and Accounting from the same institution in 2000.
