Markus Kittner

Markus Kittner is a seasoned Senior Footwear Designer with extensive experience in the footwear industry. Currently, Markus serves as the Lead Designer at Wildling Shoes, focusing on innovation and seasonal collection design since February 2021. Previously, Markus held a similar role at Sportmaster, overseeing the design of multiple athletic footwear brands and managing over 150 styles each season. With a strong background in international client work, Markus has collaborated with brands like Puma North America and Bata through 74 Footwear Design Consulting, which also involved social design initiatives. Earlier roles include significant contributions at NIKE as the lead designer for men's golf footwear, extensive design experience at Global Brand Marketing Inc., FILA SPORT, and a foundational design internship at BMW. Markus holds a Master’s degree in Transport Design with a focus on Motorcycle Design from Coventry University and has additional education from Marlborough College and Ravensbourne University London.
