Justin Kolbeck

Justin Kolbeck is the co-founder and CEO of Wildtype. Prior to that, they were the Director of the Young Leadership Board at New York Needs You, where they were responsible for identifying and developing new relationships to support internships for fellows as well as funding for various programs. Justin has also worked as an Engagement Manager at Strategy&, where they focused on new markets, international growth, and restructuring. Some of their notable projects include helping a US industrial products firm expand into the Korean shipbuilding industry, and assisting another industrial products firm in designing its market entry strategy for Indonesia. In addition to their consulting work, Justin has also served on Strategy&'s national staff council representing more than 1,100 peers across the United States.

Justin Kolbeck earned a MBA in Economics and Strategy from Yale School of Management, a Diplome International in International Relations from Sciences Po, and a B.A. in Political Science/International Relations from University of California, Berkeley.
