Angela Kimzey has worked in the customer service and community management field for over 9 years. Angela began their career in 2011 at Klicknation as a Customer Service Representative. In the same year, they started at Electronic Arts as a Lead Customer Service Representative and Community Manager. Angela was hand-picked to lead the community start-up process for a large intellectual property and was selected to assist with EA's hit mobile game "Sims Free Play" by engaging with players over social networks, explaining new features, assisting with bug reports, and minimizing the need for players to contact support. In 2015, they moved to Turbine as a Community Manager. In 2018, they joined GSN Games as a VIP Services Manager, managing a team of 3 Customer Service agents with a focus split over multiple titles and working with support and community teams in different studios around the world. In 2019, they became an Independent Owner. Most recently in 2020, they began working at WildWorks as a Community Manager.
Angela Kimzey attained a Bachelor's degree in Game Art and Design from Westwood College - Denver North between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) in Fine/Studio Arts, General from Hartnell College between 2005 and 2008.
