Katherine Field

Katherine Field has worked in the gaming and community management industry since 1991. Katherine began their career as a Community Recreation Specialist with the City of Olympia. In 1998, they moved into Neuroimaging Research with the University of Washington. In 2008, they joined Flying Lab Software as a Software Test Engineer and Community Liaison for Pirates of the Burning Sea. In 2010, they became a Community Coordinator for North America for Aion. In 2011, they worked as a Community Representative for Star Wars: The Old Republic and a T2 Game Expert/Consultant for Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons and Dragons with Wizards of the Coast - Hasbro. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Senior Community Manager and Community Manager for Changyou.com (US) Inc. and from 2014 to 2015, they were a Community Manager at Needle. Katherine currently works as a Community Manager at WildWorks.

Katherine Field completed their post-bacc in Neuropsychology from the University of Washington between 1998 and 2006. Katherine obtained a B.A. in Liberal Arts from The Evergreen State College between 1991 and 1993, and a double major in Telecommunications and Biological Psychology from the University of Oregon between 1988 and 1990.
