Joe Russell

Joe Russell is a seasoned legal professional, currently serving as a Partner and Chair of the Family Law Department at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A. since 2006, and is a member of the firm's Management Committee. With experience as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert A. Fall at the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division from August 2004 to July 2005, Joe Russell brings a strong background in family law, addressing the complexities associated with divorce, especially in cases of second marriages and families with special needs children. Joe Russell earned a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in Business from Villanova University.
