Aisling Spillane

Aisling Spillane has over a decade of experience in various roles primarily focused on people and operations management. Currently serving as People and Operations Manager at Wiley since April 2015, Aisling has also held positions such as People and Operations Coordinator and Senior Personal Assistant within the same company. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Assistant at the Australian Turf Club from November 2013 to April 2015 and as an Au Pair prior to that. Aisling began the career at Wiley as a Personal Assistant from February 2010 to November 2012. Academically, Aisling is pursuing a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) and Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) at Queensland University of Technology, expected to graduate in December 2024, and holds additional qualifications including a Cert IV in Fitness and a Diploma of Business.
