Colten Kelso

Colten Kelso has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Colten started their career at Wannemacher Packaging in 2016, where they worked as a Laboratory Technician for a few months before moving on to the Supervisory Rotational Program. In this program, they gained valuable experience in various aspects of the company's operations.

Kelso then took on the role of Plant Manager/Food Safety Manager at Wannemacher Packaging, where they worked for four years. In this role, they were responsible for day-to-day operations, staffing, training, supply chain management, scheduling, safety, sanitation, and quality control. Colten successfully established high finished product yields at a new spray dry operation and obtained SQF accreditation for the facility.
