Debra Walsh

Debra Walsh is a seasoned professional in leadership development and quality management, currently serving as the Training, Documentation, and Quality Management Leader at Elevate since November 2017. As a Partner at The Human Capital Connection, LLC, Debra focuses on leadership growth through coaching and workplace engagement initiatives. Debra is also certified as a Coach, Teacher, and Speaker by The John Maxwell Company and holds facilitation roles with The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and Everything DiSC by Wiley. Previous experience includes significant leadership positions at Navient and Sallie Mae, where Debra directed large teams and spearheaded education and knowledge management efforts. Debra is an alumnus of the University of Oklahoma.
