Gaia van der Esch

Gaia van der Esch is an experienced leader and advocate for women's empowerment, sustainability, and social equity, currently serving as the Managing Director at 3ZERO since September 2022. Gaia is a Board Member for Harvard Alumni for Global Women's Empowerment, IMPACT Initiatives, and a member of the #nonsitornaindietro group, actively involved in promoting gender quotas and representation. Additionally, Gaia co-founded doyouagree?, aiming to challenge polarization through social media engagement. As a contributor to notable publications, Gaia writes on topics including politics and international relations. With prior roles such as Sherpa for G20 EMPOWER and G20 Liaison for the European Commission, Gaia's educational background includes a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master's in International Relations from Sciences Po.
