Iain Craig is an analytics leader passionate about using data to enhance products and decision-making processes. They currently serve as the Director/Product Manager for Wiley's Product MDM Solution, where they integrate the Product Master into the publication workflow and lead product development initiatives. Previously, Iain held various roles, including Senior Director of Market & Publishing Analytics, where they managed a global team to support Wiley’s Research division. Iain began their career as a Scientific Officer at the Institute of Food Research and advanced through positions at Elsevier and Blackwell Publishing. Iain earned a BSc Hons in Chemistry from The University of Edinburgh.
