Kate Wilby is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources business partnering. Currently serving as the Director HRBP at Wiley since January 2015, Kate has previously held roles including Senior Manager HRBP, Manager HRBP, and Senior Human Resources Advisor. Prior experience includes positions at Gemalto and Chichester College, as well as Grant Thornton UK LLP where Kate started as an HR Officer. Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Personnel Management from the University of Plymouth, completed in 2005, and received early education at Fareham College and Neville Lovett Community School.
