Kim "KC" Campbell, MBA, MA, serves as Managing Director, Keynote Speaker, and Executive Coach at Victory Strategies, focusing on leadership development and organizational efficiency. As an author, Campbell published "Flying in the Face of Fear: A Fighter Pilot's Lessons on Leading with Courage," drawing from a 24-year career in aerial combat. Involved with the Special Operators Transition Foundation as a Board Member, Campbell supports military veterans transitioning to civilian life.
