Melissa Dore, SHRM-SCP, holds extensive experience in human resources with a progressive career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of People Business Partner at Wiley since October 2022, Melissa previously excelled as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Allstate and as a Human Resources Business Partner at Discover Financial Services. Prior experience includes roles at Aon Hewitt, Fidelity Investments, Mercer HR Consulting, Easter Seals national headquarters, and Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.
