Jaimie White

Jaimie White is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, community engagement, and nutrition. Currently serving as a Guelph Farmers' Market Attendant at 10C Shared Space and an Emergency Supply Teacher with the Upper Grand District School Board since April 2022, Jaimie also holds multiple roles with Meal Exchange, including Administrative Assistant, Engagement & Communications Lead, and formerly Student Engagement & Events Coordinator. Additional experience includes working as a Teacher Candidate in the Faculty of Education at Wilfrid Laurier University, Communications Co-Lead for the Toronto Youth Food Policy Council, and Community Kitchen Facilitator at The Four Villages Community Health Centre. Jaimie's earlier roles include Research Assistant at The Hospital for Sick Children, Lifeguard & Swim Instructor at the YMCA of Greater Toronto, and Community Services Assistant at The Stop Community Food Centre. Jaimie earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food and Nutrition from Toronto Metropolitan University and completed a Certificate in Food Security from The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education.
