Benedicte Teigen Gude

Benedicte joined Wilhelmsen in 2005 and is responsible for strategic human resources, vision, values and culture, compliance, communications, and sustainability. In addition to sitting on the group management team, Benedicte took on the position as chair of WilNor Governmental Services in September 2019 and Olavsvern Group AS in January 2021.

Previously working in Norske Skog and the Norwegian Intelligence Service, Benedicte holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Oslo, Norway.

Benedicte owns and controls 946 shares in Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA.

Benedicte is a seasoned climber, summiting Mount Everest as only the 11th Norwegian woman to complete the feat in 2019, and – together with her husband - aims at being the first Norwegian couple to climb the seven summits.
