Diego Bonilla

Diego Bonilla has extensive work experience in various roles and sectors. Diego is currently the Talent Management Director at Wilhelmsen group. Prior to that, they worked at Oda as the Director of Talent and Learning Programmes and Director of People New Markets. Diego also held positions at VEON as the Chief of Staff of Group co-CEO and Director of People Development. Diego was the Global Talent Manager at Telenor and a Business Development Manager at SafeRoad AS. Diego started their career as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company and held roles at Colombina S.A., Grupo Manuelita, and the Colombian Commercial Office. Diego Bonilla completed their elementary and high school education at Colegio Aleman - Deutsche Schule Cali from 1985 to 1998. Diego then pursued a degree in Economics and International Business at Universidad ICESI from 1999 to 2004. As an exchange student, Diego also studied at La Trobe University in 2002. Later on, they obtained a Master's degree in European Business Law and Business Administration from Lund University in 2006 to 2007.
