Joanna Kaleta

Joanna Kaleta has a comprehensive work experience spanning from 1999 to the present. Joanna started their career as an Auditor at Deloitte, where they worked from February 1999 to October 2003. Subsequently, Joanna joined Wilhelmsen Group in November 2003 as a Finance Manager, a role they held until August 2006. From September 2006 to February 2008, they served as a Regional Financial Controller before transitioning into the role of Business Controller from March 2008 to February 2010. Joanna then took on the position of Internal Control Manager from March 2010 to February 2012 and later became a Finance Process Manager from March 2012 to March 2017. Joanna then assumed the role of Regional Finance Director for Europe from April 2017 to October 2019. Joanna continued to progress within Wilhelmsen Group, becoming the Director of Planning and Controlling for Global Business Services from October 2019 to March 2023. Joanna then advanced to the role of VP of Performance Management and Controlling, Global Business Services from April 2023 to November 2023. Currently, Joanna holds the position of VP of Business Control and QHSSE for Global Business Services at Wilhelmsen Group, starting from November 2023.

Joanna Kaleta received their Master's degree in Economics from Uniwersytet Szczeciński, where they attended from 1993 to 1998.
