Fernando Buck

Fernando Buck is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Technology at Wilken Software Group since November 2025. Prior to this, Fernando held the position of Manager Division Software at ASAP Gruppe, where responsibilities included technical leadership of development teams, overseeing technology roadmaps, and managing commercial responsibilities for a software business unit. At ZF Group, Fernando excelled as a Product Manager for Tools and Infrastructure, leading international Scrum teams and promoting agile practices. Earlier roles include Team Lead and Full Stack Developer at Limbach Gruppe SE and MVZ Labor Ravensburg, respectively. Fernando holds a Dipl. Ing. (FH) in Applied Computer Science from Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences.
