IT and Engineering

The IT and Engineering team at Wilken Software Group is responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations and supporting the infrastructure that underpins the company's ERP solutions. This includes maintaining and optimizing the TÜV Level 3 certified data center, providing IT services and support, and developing and implementing efficient system architectures to support both internal and client needs. Key roles such as DevOps Engineer, IT Service Desk Engineer, and IT System Engineer work collaboratively to maintain high reliability, security, and performance in all IT systems and services.
