Trophanda R. Phinizee Mba

Trophanda R. Phinizee, MBA, MS has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, spanning over several years. Trophanda started their career at VF Corporation in 1993 as a New Hire Coordinator and worked there until 2001. Trophanda R. then joined Progresive Food Solutions as an Assistant Ops Manager/HR from 2004 to 2007. In 2008, they moved on to InterContinental Hotels Group, where they served as an Office Manager until 2010. Trophanda R. then joined Belk as a Gadsden Region HR Administrator and remained there until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, Trophanda worked at Vanguard Healthcare Services, LLC as a Region Human Resource Specialist. Currently, Trophanda is employed at Community Counseling Services as a Human Resources Generalist since 2016, and recently took on the role of Human Resources Director starting in March 2022.
