Christopher de Francesco Bsc.

Christopher De Francesco BSc., PharmD., RPh., CIP serves as the Assistant Residency Program Director at Geisinger since March 2019, playing a vital role in the development and quality improvement of the residency program. Christopher also functions as an Acute Care Clinical Pharmacist, delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care and developing evidence-based pharmacotherapy plans. In addition to this role, Christopher is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine and holds adjunct professor positions at Wilkes University and Misericordia University, where expertise in curriculum development and student learning assessment is demonstrated. With a long-standing career as a pharmacist at Rite Aid Pharmacy and experience as an Automation Specialist at ScriptPro, Christopher possesses extensive knowledge in pharmacy operations. Christopher earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from Shenandoah University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
