Guilherme Cirne has a strong career in software engineering and leadership roles. Guilherme started their career at NetQuant Tecnologia de Investimentos as a Software Developer, where they developed and maintained systems related to investment analysis. Guilherme then worked at Accenture as a Software Developer, actively participating in the definition of a software development process based on agile methodologies.

Cirne later joined Globo.com as a Senior Software Developer and Scrum Master, responsible for video-related projects. Guilherme contributed to the delivery of the new video catalog application. After that, they became a Lead Software Developer and played a vital role in the WebMedia team.

Guilherme Cirne pursued their education at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2006 to 2007, focusing on Software Project Management. In 1995, Guilherme began their academic journey at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, majoring in Chemical Engineering.
