Marcela Sichetti

Marcela Sichetti is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on talent management, having held the position of HR Senior Manager at will bank since November 2019. With a background in overseeing talent acquisition, development, and performance management, Marcela has previously served as HR Manager in various capacities, including Business Partner for talent acquisition and diversity, as well as HR Specialist supporting key areas such as Technology and Product.
