Rodrigo Silva Cosme

Rodrigo Silva Cosme is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data engineering and management roles, currently serving as Senior Data Engineering Manager at Will Bank since December 2022, leading a team of approximately 15 data engineers to drive innovation in a rapidly growing Brazilian fintech. Previously, Rodrigo worked at AlphaStudio as a Quantitative Research Consultant and held various positions at Will Bank, including Head of Data and Data Scientist, where significant contributions were made to the company's credit scoring model and operations. Rodrigo also co-founded ZeroBeta Trading & Research as an Algorithmic Trader, worked as a C++ Developer at Peixe Piloto Investimentos, and held consulting roles at SEBRAE and PRIMVS INTER PARES. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo.
