Thiago Guitti Guinger is currently the Gerente de controladoria at will bank since January 2024. Previously, Thiago held various positions at PwC Brasil from September 2014 to January 2024, advancing from Trainee to Manager, where responsibilities included leading audit teams, coordinating high-complexity audit strategies, and engaging with C-level executives. Thiago has extensive experience in auditing financial statements under IFRS and BRGAAP, risk assessment, and internal controls, particularly in SOX environments. Academically, Thiago holds a Master of Business Administration in Data Intelligence & Analytics from FIAP and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie, along with a degree in Accounting from Trevisan Escola de Negócios.
