Robert Edward Freeman Dutton

Robert Edward Freeman Dutton, Ph.D., currently serves as the Health Equity Manager at the Will County Health Department since May 2023 and has held the role of Health Navigator since June 2021 within the same organization. In addition, Robert has been a Contract Tracer for the Illinois Department of Public Health since November 2020 and works as an Information Technology Assistant for the U.S. Census Bureau since May 2020. Prior professional experience includes serving as Print and Marketing Supervisor at Staples from March 2019 to March 2020. Robert holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy & Administration from Walden University and multiple degrees from American InterContinental University, including a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), along with a Lean Six Sigma certificate from Villanova University.
