Jules Gsell

Jules Gsell is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Vice President of Sales, Enterprise at Databricks since February 2018, where leadership spans North American greenfield sales teams across Comms, Media, Entertainment, and Sports. Previously held roles at Databricks include VP of Sales for Growth and Start-ups, Interim VP of Global SDRs, Senior Director of Sales, and Director of Sales, focusing on strategic expansion and net new logo acquisition for startups. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Enterprise Sales at Box and as an Account Executive at The Mercury News. Additionally, Jules is actively involved in initiatives such as the Sequoia Capital Builder Program, Founding Operator at Coalition Operators, Limited Partner at Operator Collective, and Investor at Reforge. Jules holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
