Maddi Hauser is the current Head of Talent & People at Will Reed. Maddi has previous experience working as Sr. Manager, Go-To-Market Recruiting at Pendo.io from June 2016 to February 2022. Maddi has also worked as Sales Recruiter at Red Ventures from January 2012 to June 2014.

Maddi Hauser has a Master's Degree in Middle Eastern Studies from Jerusalem University College and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Communications from Asbury University.

Maddi Hauser reports to Paige Robinson, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with David Mozaffarian - Fractional CFO, Kelly Schulze - Director, and Hannah Yeargan - Head of Partnerships.
