Ben Gardner is a Partner and Head of Portfolio Success at Will Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on consumer software, health and wellness, sports, and entertainment since July 2022. Prior to this role, Ben served as a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz from April 2017 to June 2022, specializing in consumer go-to-market strategies and business development across media, entertainment, gaming, consumer goods, and the creator economy. Ben has an extensive athletic background, having played as a defensive end for the Dallas Cowboys and as an outside linebacker for the San Diego Chargers, following a collegiate career at Stanford University where accomplishments included serving as team captain and earning three All-Pac 12 honors. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Science, Technology, and Society from Stanford University.
