Chad Dolphin

Chad Dolphin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and engineering management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at WiLL | Wisconsin Lighting Lab® since April 2020, Chad previously held various leadership roles within the Town of Neenah Fire Department for over a decade, culminating in the position of Fire Chief. Notable prior positions include National Sales Manager at NAFCO Manufacturing, where Chad led outside sales and brand management, and Chief Engineer for Electrical Products at Pierce Manufacturing, responsible for overseeing product management and engineering initiatives. Chad's engineering expertise was further developed during tenure at Oshkosh Corporation, focusing on electrical systems for defense and commercial vehicles. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
