Dayna Steringer

Dayna Steringer currently serves in the role of Contract Compliance and Government Affairs at Willamette Dental Group since August 2018. As the Owner of DK Strategies, LLC since March 2014, Dayna specializes in strategic planning and communications for Medicaid managed care plans in Oregon, focusing on representation, advocacy, policy analysis, and group facilitation. Previously, Dayna held the position of Director of Government Programs at FamilyCare Health Plans from February 2010 to January 2014, where responsibilities included serving as legislative liaison to the CEO and overseeing Medicaid, Medicare, and Compliance departments. Dayna's career also includes a tenure at Providence Health & Services as OHP Program Manager from September 2002 to January 2010, where Dayna led significant operational changes and managed enrollment processes. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Portland State University, obtained between 2007 and 2009, alongside earlier studies at the University of Oregon from 1987 to 1990.
