Michelle A. Blackwell

Michelle A. Blackwell is an accomplished attorney and managing shareholder at Blackwell Law, P.C., where services include representation in business disputes, fiduciary litigation, trust and estate disputes, and complex litigation across multiple states. With extensive litigation experience since 1993, Attorney Blackwell has held significant roles including chairperson of the Board of Directors for Willamette Family, Inc., and has served as chairperson of the Oregon Board of Certified Advanced Estheticians. Active in community service, Blackwell is a member of the Rotary International Club of Eugene, notably chairing the Washington-Jefferson Skatepark Subcommittee. Educated at Valparaiso University School of Law, Attorney Blackwell is recognized as an AV-rated litigator and is a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys.
