Molly Halsey MSN RN serves as the Director of Critical Care Services and Director of Clinical Services at Willamette Valley Medical Center since July 2021, overseeing the ICU, Cardiopulmonary divisions, and Hospital Supervisors. Prior to this role, Molly held various positions at Legacy Health from August 2002 to May 2021, including Nursing Manager and Nursing Leader, with responsibilities spanning pediatric nursing, charge nursing, hospital supervision, and management. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Nurse Manager at Legacy Emanuel Hospital from June 2016 to February 2020 and Nursing Supervisor at Spectrum Health from January 2013 to July 2015. Molly Halsey earned a Master’s of Nursing in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University between 2019 and 2021.
