Jonathan Sanchez

Jonathan Sanchez is the Engagement Manager at Willard Powell. Jonathan has over 6 years of experience in the recruiting industry, specializing in e-business, ERP, and CRM implementations.

Jonathan started their career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Technical Recruiter with VMware. In this role, they were responsible for adding additional contract and full time services personnel to new and existing clients. Jonathan also managed a team of 5 offshore recruiters and established strong relationships within all divisions of clientele.

In May 2014, Jonathan joined Rackspace as an Advisory Recruiter. In this role, they worked with internal recruiters to explain each requirement in detail and assist with the recruiting strategy. Jonathan also created work charts of key managers, maintained daily status reports on all clients and requirements, and managed all contract staff. In addition, Jonathan assisted with the recruiting and qualifying process to make sure submittals were made in a timely manner.

Jonathan’s experience and knowledge in the recruiting industry makes him an asset to Willard Powell. Jonathan is committed to finding the best possible candidates for their clients and maintaining strong relationships within the industry.
