Adam Niederloh

Adam Niederloh has a diverse work experience in the energy and engineering industry. Adam is currently the Director of Operations at Willdan, an industry-leading energy and engineering solutions company. Willdan specializes in implementing utility programs and serving various sectors such as small businesses, healthcare, hospitality, and education. In 2019, Willdan acquired The Weidt Group, where Adam previously worked as the Director of Operations. Before joining The Weidt Group, Adam held the positions of Program Manager and Energy Specialist II. Prior to that, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Wold Architects and Engineers.

Adam Niederloh has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, which they pursued between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they completed a Minor in Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2003 to 2005.
