Charles Herbertson is a seasoned public works professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. They served in various roles, including Chief of General Services & Public Works and City Engineer for the City of Hawthorne from 1985 to 2004, and as Director of Public Works/City Engineer at the City of Culver City from 2004 to 2021.
