André Lúcio has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. André started their career as a 3D CAD Designer at TUMA Industrial in 2009. In 2012, they worked as a Junior Researcher at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where they contributed to the development of a robotic platform for automated electrical substation supervision.

In 2014, André returned to TUMA Industrial as a Junior Product Developer, where they developed a fan coil smart panel prototype and created a web interactive presentation for automation products. André also worked concurrently as a Scholarship recipient at CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior from 2014 to 2015 through the Science Without Borders program.

André then interned at BMW Group in 2015, where they worked on the Innovative Robotic Systems project, developing and constructing a prototype for this topic. André also assembled and programmed a Cooperative Industrial Robot logic.

From 2015 to 2016, André worked at Hochschule Hannover as a Research Project Assistant before returning to TUMA Industrial as an IoT Developer. In this role, they fully developed a cellular-based IoT building monitoring system as well as a WiFi-based IoT consumer product.

André's most recent work experience is as a Software Engineer at Woven by Toyota, starting in 2022.

André Lúcio completed their Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais from 2009 to 2017. In 2015, they attended Hochschule Hannover, but the degree name and field of study are unspecified. In 2014, they participated in an intensive German course at the Institut für Internationale Kommunikation in Düsseldorf, Germany. André obtained their high school diploma from Colégio Bernoulli in 2006-2007.

Aside from their formal education, André Lúcio also obtained several certifications. In 2021, they received a certification in AWS IoT: Developing and Deploying an Internet of Things from Amazon Web Services (AWS), as well as a certification in Problem Solving (Intermediate) from HackerRank and a Verified International Academic Qualifications certification from World Education Services. In 2019, they completed the Data Engineering on Google Cloud Platform Specialization, Machine Learning with TensorFlow on Google Cloud Platform Specialization, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning certifications from Google. André also obtained the Architecting with Google Cloud Platform Specialization, G Suite Administrator Fundamentals, and Getting Started with Google Kubernetes Engine certifications from Google in 2018. Additionally, André Lúcio completed the Understanding Financial Markets certification from Université de Genève in 2016 and the Financial Markets certification from Yale University in 2015. André also completed the Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects certification from the University of California San Diego in 2015.
