Renee Atwood has over 30 years of experience in human resources, risk management, and administration. Renee is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Willdan. Prior to that, they worked for Drybar as the Chief People Officer, overseeing the establishment of HR and risk management systems as the company grew from 30 to 150 retail locations. Renee also held executive positions at Ready Pac Foods, Inc., where they were the Vice President of HR and Risk Management, and at The Johnny Rockets Group, Inc., where they served as the Senior VP of Administration, HR, and Risk Management. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Recruiting Manager & Sr. HR Representative at Panda Restaurant Group and as a Human Resources Representative at NovaCare.

Renee Atwood, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHRca, holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Political Science from UCLA. In addition to their degree, they have obtained multiple certifications throughout their career. In December 2015, they earned the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Renee also obtained the Professional in Human Resources - California® (PHRca®) certification from the HR Certification Institute in May 2009. Finally, in December 2000, they achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification, also from the HR Certification Institute.
