Roshan Thomas George

Roshan Thomas George, CBCP, is an experienced commissioning engineer currently employed at Willdan since November 2019, where HVAC projects for various facilities are commissioned with a focus on energy savings. Prior to this role, Roshan worked as a mechanical engineer (commissioning) at NV5, managing HVAC commissioning for university and healthcare projects. Early career experiences include serving as a graduate assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where coordination of engineering capital projects and collaboration with project managers were key responsibilities. Roshan also participated in an interdisciplinary product development program at Caterpillar Inc., leading to recognition for innovative solutions. An apprenticeship at the Indian Space Research Organisation provided foundational experience in mechanical engineering, including structural design and engineering drawings. Roshan holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala.
