Javier Ibañez-Padilla

Javier Ibañez-Padilla is the Co-Founder and Business & Operations Director at WillDom. Javier has over 7 years of experience in the sports industry, having co-founded and served as Director of Club TQ, the largest Amateur Soccer Tournament Organization in the interior of Argentina.

Ibañez-Padilla has extensive experience in producing sport events and marketing campaigns for individuals and companies, both in the online and offline world. Under their leadership, Club TQ grew to 60% market share, with more than 1500 players registered in its first three years. Some of the featured clients and sponsors during their time at Club TQ include Quilmes, Gatorade, Subway, and Fiat.

In their current role at WillDom, Ibañez-Padilla is responsible for overseeing the company's business operations and ensuring its continued growth and success.

Javier Ibañez-Padilla earned their MBA from IAE Business School and their BBA from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo.
