The leadership team at WillDom has a long history of experience in various industries and types of education. Some specific companies they have been a part of include MPcontadores, Alexander Forbes Argentina SA, Tech Data Argentina SA, and SerCor. They have also gained experience in business administration and management from Universidad del Salvador, Universidad Catolica de Cordoba, IAE Business School, and Universidad Nacional de Cuyo. Additionally, the team has experience in computer software engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'​ and Universidad Nacional de La Plata.
