Eric Handley started their work experience in 1991 as an AW Aircrew in the United States Navy, where they served until 2001. During this time, they worked as a sonar operator on the P3-B Orion aircraft and served in Desert Storm and Sicily during the Balkin Conflict. In 1997, Handley worked as an Engineer at The Boeing Company for a year. Since 1998, they have been associated with William A. Randolph, Inc., initially as a Vice President, overseeing marketing, estimating, client relations, and operations. In March 2020, Handley was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, a position they currently hold.
Eric Handley attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1992 to 1997. During this time, they pursued two different degree programs. Eric completed the Professional Pilot Program, focusing on Aviation, and also earned a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.

In over 54 years in business, Randolph has completed every project that it was awarded and we are considered one of the premiere commercial contractors in the Midwest.
