Kirsten Waller

Kirsten Waller has a solid background in performance and capability management, as well as in people and culture programs. Kirsten worked at William Adams Pty Ltd from 2013 to the present, taking on various roles such as Performance and Capability Lead and Acting L&D Manager. Prior to that, they held positions at Kmart Australia Limited as the Injury Services Manager and at Tatura Milk Industries Limited as the Health and Rehabilitation Coordinator. Kirsten also worked at QBE Insurance as the MDM/LTM Manager from 2003 to 2007.

Kirsten Waller has a diverse education history. In 2011-2012, they attended Chisholm Institute and obtained a Diploma of Management. During the same time, they also studied at Chisholm Institute and earned a Diploma of HR Management and a Diploma of Business. In 2010, Kirsten attended the National Safety Council of Australia and completed a course in OHS for HSR's Managers & Supervisors. In 2008, they gained a Certificate in Adult Mental Health First Aid from the University of Melbourne. Additionally, in 1999-2000, Kirsten studied at the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors and obtained a Certificate III in counselling.

Furthermore, Kirsten has a recent certification from Lean Change, which they obtained in February 2023.
