Rachel Karnovsky

Postdoctoral Fellow at William Alanson White Institute

Rachel Karnovsky is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in individual and couple's therapy, currently practicing at Private Practice Psychotherapy since September 2016. Rachel has served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the William Alanson White Institute since August 2015, providing psychotherapy and participating in supervision. Previous roles include internships at Fordham University Counseling and Psychological Services and Jacobi Medical Center, where Rachel gained experience in both brief and long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychological testing. Additionally, Rachel has worked as an extern at the Metropolitan Center for Mental Health and the Brooklyn VA Medical Center, focusing on therapy and group interventions. Rachel holds a Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology from Yeshiva University's Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, completed in 2015.
